At Nora & Kate, we strive to provide every customer with exceptional service and a pleasant shopping experience.
This Return and Refund Policy has been carefully designed to ensure maximum satisfaction under clear and transparent conditions.


Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be initiated after the product has been physically received.

  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Once approved, you have an additional 15 days to return the item.

  • The return shipment must be sent to its original location — our supplier in [Country of Supplier, e.g., China].

  • Return shipping costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are fully borne by the customer.

  • Items must be unworn (trying on is allowed), unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased during Final Sales promotions (40% discount or higher) cannot be returned.
This exclusion will always be clearly indicated in the sale offer.


Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.
This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and reintegration into our inventory system.

We offer a full return guarantee on all unused products that meet the conditions stated above.


Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Nora & Kate does not reimburse return shipping costs or any related expenses.

Total Return Period

Customers have 15 days to request a return and 15 additional days to ship it back.
The total return period is therefore 30 days from the date of receipt.

Returns that are declared or shipped after this period will not be accepted.

We offer a full guarantee on any product with a manufacturing defect.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.


Return Process

  1. Email your return request to info@noraandkate.com within 15 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in [Country of Supplier, e.g., China]).

  3. Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and its condition approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 15 days via the original payment method, minus any applicable fees (such as the restocking charge, if applicable).


Liability

  • Nora & Kate is not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
