Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process all orders within 24–72 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–14 days after shipment. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — but please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, processing begins and changes can no longer be made.
How can I track my order?
Track your order by entering your order number and email or phone number, or by using your tracking number. Click “Track” to view your order status. It’s normal for the tracking bar to stay on “Info received” until delivery — updates appear at the bottom of the tracking page as your package moves through transit.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free premium shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier partners in Asia.
What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?
Your local carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a nearby location.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package appears lost, please contact us right away. We typically offer a free replacement, unless the loss was caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund — instead, we offer a replacement item at our expense, with the customer covering return shipping costs. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Simply email our customer care team at info@noraandkate.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll walk you through the process.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes — as long as your desired size is still in stock.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Our garments are true to the measurements shown, so you can order with confidence.
What if I’m between two sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
How should I care for my clothing?
Every garment includes a care label with detailed washing and care instructions to maintain its quality and fit.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Our checkout process uses secure encryption technology to protect your personal and payment details.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, we only accept online payments at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled. If you decide you no longer want the items, you can return the package once delivered.
Can I change my order after it has been made?
Yes — changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we’re unable to make adjustments.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — but we’re working on it!
Can I pre-order out-of-stock items?
We currently don’t offer pre-orders, but you can sign up for restock notifications on each product page.
Will my package arrive in one box?
Not always. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Why doesn’t my tracking update every day?
Tracking information updates only when your package moves or is scanned by the carrier. It’s perfectly normal for there to be gaps between updates.
Do you include invoices or prices in the package?
No — we don’t include invoices or prices, making our packages gift-friendly.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates at this time.
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?
Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll help right away.
